Do you have to provide your personal data to Biolanic?
The provision of data is necessary to enable Biolanic to enter into contracts, fulfil orders, settle its business activity, and comply with legal requirements.
In other cases (in particular as regards the processing of personal data by Biolanic for marketing purposes), the provision of data is voluntary.
Transfer of data to third countriesData may be transferred to third countries if such transfer is required in order to fulfil the contract/order.
Data are transferred to a third country for the purpose of maintaining IT infrastructure (Amazon, Microsoft).
Biolanic uses the services of companies that maintain the appropriate level of personal data protection, which is confirmed in contracts concluded with Biolanic.
Automated processing of personal data
Personal data will not be subject to automated processing.
In connection with its activity, Biolanic will disclose your personal data to the following entities:
- national authorities or other entities entitled on the basis of legal regulations,
- entities that support our activities on the basis of our orders, including: IT service providers, including Microsoft and Amazon, the entities that audit our business, the entity that provides legal services, and the entities that provide postal services; such entities will process data on the basis of a contract, in accordance with the purpose of the processing,
- the data of Employees and Co-Workers will also be transferred to entities that carry out operations related to HR & Payroll and OHS,
- banks – for the necessary settlements.
Rights related to the processing of data and the voluntary provision of data
Each individual whose data are processed by Biolanic has the following rights concerning his or her personal data:
- the right of access to personal data,
- the right to rectification of personal data,
- the right to erasure of personal data,
- the right to restriction of the processing of personal data,
- the right to object to the processing of personal data,
- the right to data portability,
- the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
