PLASTICISER OILS
Description: extender oil is a special non-carcinogenic process oil meeting the EU regulations on polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), used in natural and synthetic rubbers and in tire making.
Application: Rubber applications: softener and plasticizer for synthetic and natural general purpose rubbers.
Automotive tires: softener and plasticizer for production of tires using carbon black or silica filling.
Three grades of oil are available depending on type and application
Norman 346
Thread rubber for car tires, OEM mount.
Norman 132
Tires for agricultural and construction applications, winter truck tires.
Advantages:
Environmental Safety
Our oil is an environmentally-friendly product with low content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, meeting the requirements of the Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006:
- content of benzo(a)pyrene is below 1 mg/kg (typically around 0.06-0.13 mg/kg);
- total of individual polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons is below 10 mg/kg (typically less than 2.6 mg/kg for Norman 346);
Efficiency
The carbon-type composition of oils promotes its compatibility both with synthetic (NBR, SBR, PBR) and natural rubbers. Using oils improves process characteristics of rubber formulations and performance of tires produced through increase of their durability and fuel economy, decrease of noise and price reduction. High level of aromatics content (min 25%w) provides better wet grip improving driving safety.
European Regulations:
Our extender oil has been registered under REACH requirements (Registration Number 01-2119488706-23-0018). The product fully complies with the requirements of the Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), including provisions of the Commission Regulation (EC) No 552/2009 of 22 June 2009.
Health and Safety
Our extender oils present no hazards to health and environment when used as recommended and occupational safety and personal care procedures are followed.
Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture

BIO-BASED OILS BIOTORPINE
BIOTORPINE oils are special non-carcinogenic bio-based process oils made of renewable vegetable raw materials
REACH registration numbers
01-2119495585-22-0011, 01-2119488706-23-0018
Application
It can be used both separately and in combination with petroleum oils as a plasticizer of rubber compounds, tires and rubber goods.
Benefits
•Oils made of renewable natural raw materials are ecologically friendly
•Higher elasticity of the rubber compound, enhanced wear-resistance of the rubber
•Improved a set of properties of tread rubber compound
•More stable quality characteristics as compared with their counterparts (vegetable oils)
•Easy processing with no process adjustments needed to introduce BioTorpine oils into the production process
