Quality control system
Our products (TDAE, MES,TRAE process oils) are fully registered under REACH regulation and meet the requirements used in synthetic rubber and tire industries .Laboratory analysis are conducted in the European and Global Institutes to confirm our products full compliance with the current legal regulations concerning the content of PAH's as well as mutagenic potential of chemical compounds. Following the technological trends and meeting the requirements of our Clients, we offer products where quality and environmental safety aspects are put in the first place. Formula-based pricing and long-term cooperation In chemicals industry raw materials cost volatility has become a usual situation. As the price of key raw materials may rise and fall sometimes very significantly, market based pricing formula can become an effective solution in mitigating the risk of volatile feedstock costs for our clients making possible mutually profitable and stable long-term cooperation. Flexible payment and financing terms We offer to our Clients free financing in a form of flexible payment terms which allows them to better manage their own cash flow and improve growing rates. Just in time deliveries (JIT) To deliver our products "just in time", we use numerous stocks and warehouses all over EMEA region. We have created a modern heated tank storage terminal in Rotterdam , specially adapted tank container terminals in Poland and consignment stocks in several European countries and South Africa. Our stocks are strategically located in places from where we can conveniently deliver our products on a short notice from customer side. Intermodal transportation in addition to few storage places makes our services more flexible, fast and cost efficient. JIT deliveries are effected from our storage places in maximum 1-2 days lead-time to all clients production facilities from:

Removing PAHs from oils.
In November 2012, the EU passed Regulation EC No. 1222/2009 which imposes strict requirements on key parameters of tire performance such as: fuel consumption, wet braking and external rolling noise & also bans the marketing of chemicals in which the content of carcinogenic compounds exceeds the set limits. Non-EU countries also keep up the pace with the latest developments in this field: similar regulations have been adopted in Japan (2010) and Korea (2012). One of the ways to improve tire performance is either to use high-quality feedstock or to change the formulation of rubber compounds. Highly aromatic petroleum extracts (DAE and RAE) are considered to be the best extender oils for styrene-butadiene rubbers. The use of such oils improves wet grip and rolling resistance. However, these extender oils contain a lot of dangerous polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) which are believed to cause cancer. PAHs are naturally occurring substances formed whenever carbon containing compounds are burned at low temperatures in uncontrolled conditions. Therefore during the operation of a vehicle, the tread gets worn out and rubber particles not only stick to the road surface but also find their way into the atmosphere. For carcinogenic safety reasons, the EU, Japan as well as the USA have recently banned the use of DAE and RAE oils. ORGKHIM, on the other hand, developed and patented a unique technology which removes PAHs from RAE and DAE oils and makes them compliant with new requirements, thereby ensuring sustainable future. ![]()
